After having our house on the market with 3 well known agents for almost a year and getting nowhere, we were recommended by a friend of a friend to speak to Lucy. What a breath of fresh air!! Straight away we knew Lucy would make a difference. She is so friendly and down to earth while still being professional. Always contactable to answer any questions and to help with the whole process. Needless to say we had an offer on the house within a few weeks and after a bit of negotiation we accepted. Lucy went above and beyond to help not only us but the buyer too, to navigate us throughout the whole experience.
We can't recommend Lucy highly enough. She is sweet, thoughtful, kind and definately knows what she's doing in the complicated property world. Fluent in French and English and very experienced.

Lucy Esposito a été durant tout le temps de l’achat de la maison très à l’écoute de ce que nous désirions,
Elle a planifié les problèmes et s’est très bien débrouillée pour que nous ayons des papiers relevant a l’histoire de la maison que nous aurions eu difficultés à recevoir.
